Alberto Moleiro
Alberto Moleiro scored two absolutely beautiful goals to win the game for Villareal. He’s shown a few sparks of his great ability throughout the start of the season, but nothing comes close to his performance on Sunday. He scored his first from outside the box and his second was a volley to win the game in injury time. Villareal are now up to five consecutive victories in LaLiga and are still in third place even after fourteen matchdays.

Real Betis
Real Betis were victorious in “El Gran Derbi” this weekend and have now won back-to-back derbies for the first time since the 1994/95 season, when they won both times, they faced off in LaLiga. A historic feat, which means a lot to them and helps them stay in fifth place in the league table.

Alexander Sørloth
The Norwegian striker hasn’t been playing much for Atlético this season, but on Saturday he showed why he’s still very important for Diego Pablo Simeone. Atlético faced Real Oviedo and considering that they play FC Barcelona tonight, they had to rotate the squad a bit to be able to preserve the energy of the most important players. Simeone’s decision to start Alexander Sørloth turned out to be a great one, as the Norwegian giant slotted in a brace in the first 26 minutes of the game. Even though he most likely won’t start tonight against FC Barcelona, Sørloth proved that if he’s called upon, he will deliver.

Dani Olmo
After having only played ten minutes on Tuesday in the Champions League, Dani Olmo bounced back in style, by scoring a brace and helping FC Barcelona go back to the top of the league table for the first time since Matchday 7.

Getafe
Getafe managed to beat Elche and take all three points home thanks to a goal from Uruguayan midfielder Mauro Arambarri. They’re currently in seventh place in the league table and are pushing to play European football next season, despite having had an inconsistent start to the season.
