1. Kenan Yildiz (Juventus)
The Turkish youngster is one of the most sought-after wingers in the world right now. He scored and assisted in the Champions League Matchday 1 and is looking to make this his breakout season. Only time will tell if he’s able to live up to the hype.

2. Igor Paixão (Olympique Marseille)
After making a big move to Olympique Marseille this season, Igor Paixão scored a brace and set up another goal in his first match as a starter in the Champions League for his new club. The world was already familiar with his abilities, but now the question is if he can consistently perform like this in a bigger league like Ligue 1.

3. Trincão (Sporting CP)
The 25-year-old Portuguese winger has had a few rough seasons in the past, but now that he’s been back at Sporting for the last three seasons, he seems to have found his joy again. He netted a brace in the Champions League Matchday 1 and has been playing great in the league too. He’s definitely a player to keep an eye on in the near future.

4. Nicolas Pépé (Villareal)
Nicolas Pépé has had a good start to the season, especially thanks to Villareal’s great form right now. He assisted in yesterday’s draw against Juventus and is looking to get back to the level he was once at.

5. Pablo Barrios (Atlético de Madrid)
He’s the most well-established player on this list, but he’s still not getting the recognition he deserves around the world. Pablo Barrios has managed to hold his own and has proved himself against some of the best midfielders in the world this season. He played exceptionally well against Liverpool, but his performance went under the radar because Atlético lost the game. On the weekend against Real Madrid, he once again dominated the midfield with Koke and is starting debates about where he ranks amongst the best midfielders in his age group. At just 22 years old, he’s an undisputed starter for one of Europe’s best teams.
